CLES Consulting was commissioned by Places for Everyone to review the organisational, economic, social and environmental impacts of community and voluntary asset development in the North East of England.
This report presents the findings of this research study and highlights both the impacts and challenges that have emerged from third sector asset development. Finally, the report presents six case studies which provide a detailed qualitative picture of the impacts generated and provides a cost benefit analysis of the asset development process undertaken by these organisations.
