Over 20 years experiencing managing a range of organisations in the third sector including the last 12 years managing an Advocacy project and the last 2 managing FDCA part time.
Experience of general day to day management including development of budgets and managing finance.
Drafting business plans.
Policy development and implementation.
HR management including representation of organisations at Tribunals when claims have been made.
Providing advice on fundraising including drafting successful funding bids.
Facilities management.
Drafting Service contracts with Clients and Commissioners.
Drafting agreements between organisations.
